41-year-old Englishman Paul Casey claimed his own piece of PGA Tour history by becoming the first man to successfully defend the Valspar Championship at the weekend.

For Casey, it seems victories are like buses; you wait nine years between tournament wins and then two come along in the space of 12-months, and it could not have come at a better time. Three weeks out from The Masters, the entire field toiled during windy conditions on the Copperhead Course but, despite shooting a one-over 72 on Sunday, Casey held his nerve to steal a one-shot victory.

Get to grips with your clubs

Here’s a question for you: when did you last have your clubs regripped? It's recommended that you have yours changed every 40 rounds or every 12 months, whichever occurs sooner, but our recent survey indicates that not everyone is choosing to follow these guidelines...

It's time to act

If you are part of this 71%, it's time to do something about it. Dirt, sunlight, sweat, temperature, oils, and regular play all contribute to wear-and-tear of your grips. So even if yours don't look particularly bad, bring them in-store and we'll cast an expert eye over them to assess whether yours need changing. You can't say fairer than that.
